1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for services provided by Zefinx are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Service Initiation

Refunds will not be issued once the service has commenced, been delivered, or access to any digital product, service, consultation, software, or platform has been provided.

3. EMI & Card Payments

Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or EMI are subject to the same non-refundable policy. Any EMI-related interest, charges, or fees are governed solely by the issuing bank and are beyond the control of Zefinx.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are granted strictly at the sole discretion of Zefinx and only in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments or verified technical errors.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
